A. Common upstream regulators predicted to be activated or inhibited (as indicated by the activation Z-score) in the ixazomib 25nM/24 hours versus control for Jurkat, L540 and L428 cells obtained through the use of Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) software. Regulation z-score indicates the degree of inhibition (for negative values) or activation (for positive values).
