Monitoring tumor growth using [18F]PARPi. Display of weekly imaging of tumor development in adult ntv-a;p53fl/fl mice at the indicated time after DF1 cell injection. PET/CT imaging was always conducted 2 h p.i. of [18F]PARPi. Animals were sacrificed after week 6 and tumor presence was confirmed histologically. (b) One animal showed no increase in [18F]PARPi uptake over the weeks and we confirmed histologically that tumor development was absent in this case.
