Figure S6. Prevention of rhOSM-induced EMT-related changes by inhibition of OSMR/LIFR or STAT3. H23 cells were transfected with an siRNA specific for OSMR/LIFR, STAT3, JUN, or scrambled negative control for 72 hours. Cells were treated with rhOSM (1 ng/mL) for 1 week and cell lysates were analyzed for the indicated proteins by Western blotting.
