Supplementary Figure S2. Oncolysis over time The human PaCa3 cell line was infected with 100MOI LOAd(-), LOAd700 or LOAd703 virus, or left uninfected. The cells were plated in a 96-well plate in quadruplicates and analyzed by MTS assay at three time points. The plates were analyzed by spectrophotometry at 490nm as per manufacturer instructions. Uninfected cells remained viable while infected cells were killed over time independently of type of LOAd virus demonstrating that the viruses have oncolytic capacity and that the transgene cassette does not interfere with oncolysis.
