<p>Figure S2. Downstream pathway molecules activated by IL6 family proinflammatory cytokine stimulation in NSCLC cells. Five NSCLC cell lines were cultured with an IL6 family cytokine (rhIL6, rhOSM, rhLIF; 1 ng/mL) for the indicated time period under serum-starved conditions. Cell lysates were analyzed for the proteins shown by Western blotting.</p>
